Join Harambee STars outdoor Team
The Harambee Stars team is for current or recently graduated high school soccer players. We will compete in the Futsal Society Summer League, a FREE 8v8 league.
Season starts SUMMER 2026.

Harambee Free Play Futsal Summer 2026

NEW: Free Play continues for High School and 18+ Players. NO Cost and open to all. Indoor free play will run Fridays through August 2026.
Harambee Chess
Free drop-in chess and instruction for K-12 students.
Harambee Chess is scheduled to resume Fall 2026 at East Lake Library - Hennepin County Libraries.

Join a competitive futsal team!
Harambee Sports Club's youth futsal teams compete in the MN Futsal League (sanctioned by the US Youth Futsal) and train and compete November to March.

Houseplants for youth
Share your houseplants with young people! Harambee Sports Club has an ongoing community engagement and wellbeing project collecting houseplant cuttings from friends and neighbors. Plant cuttings will be propagated, potted and distributed to teens participating in our programming. Learn more.
