How do I register a team?
Team Registration must be completed by a Coach or Team Manager who is 18+, not playing, and will be present on the bench with the team.

Once teams are registered, parents and guardians will be sent a link to complete a Player Registration and Waiver form.
​
The tournament will have a maximum of 6 teams.

The first annual Harambee Futsal Open Tournament took place April 1, 2022 at East Phillips Park Cultural and Community Center in South Minneapolis. Harambee Sports Club is excited to announce our third year of FREE futsal tournaments for high school aged players across the Twin Cities:

When is it?
​Both tournaments will take place at Hiawatha Collegiate High School. Check-in at 7:30am and games from 8:00-6:00pm.
​
Who should attend?

High-school aged players (grades 9-12) who can form a team with a coach/manager who is 18+
-
Existing high school soccer/futsal programs and coaches

Existing Park & Recreational soccer/futsal programs and coaches

Harambee Futsal Tournament Highlights:

Three games guaranteed with Group Stage, Consolation game and Playoffs

Games are 5v5, 48 minutes (two 24-minute halves)

All games will have at least one referee

FIFA Futsal rules and regulations in effect with a few modifications

Free lunch and snacks to be provided to participants and guests

Tournament website and app with schedules and standings
